Accessibility statement
Last updated 1 September 2026
Baseline Telemetry Advisory aims to make its website and delivery workspace usable by people with different access needs. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA as our working accessibility target. This statement describes our current approach and the checks we run. It is not a claim of independent certification.
How we support access
- Every page starts with a skip link to the main content, and keyboard focus stays visible across links, buttons, and form fields.
- Core content and actions work without a mouse. Menus, dialogs, drawers, and the booking calendar can be opened, operated, and closed from the keyboard, close on Escape, and return focus to the control that opened them.
- Dialogs and side panels keep focus inside while open, so keyboard and screen reader users are not moved into hidden background content.
- Page structure uses landmarks, one main heading per page, labelled form fields, grouped checkbox and radio sets, and status messages that are announced as they change.
- Text and interface colours are drawn from a single themed palette checked against the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast minimum, in both the dark marketing surfaces and the light and dark workspace themes.
- Layouts are built for small screens and text enlargement, with primary controls sized for touch.
- Animation and background video respect the operating system reduced motion setting, stay muted, and never hide information or block a control.
- Client deliverables can be provided through an assisted route where a format or workflow creates a barrier.
How we test
Our continuous integration pipeline runs automated WCAG 2.2 AA checks against the public website on every change, covering the home, about, services, insights, booking, sign-in, help, and accessibility pages. The same suite includes keyboard tests for the skip link, the mobile menu, and the booking calendar. A change that introduces a serious or critical finding on those pages fails the build.
Automated testing does not catch everything. We also carry out manual keyboard reviews of dialogs, drawers, forms, and error states, and we check the site at narrow mobile widths, at enlarged text, and with reduced motion enabled.
Known limitations
Automated coverage is currently focused on the public website. The authenticated delivery workspace is reviewed manually as we change it, and some data-heavy tables and editors may still need refinement. Documents and evidence supplied by clients are outside our control and may not meet the same standard. We do not treat a limitation as a reason to deny access to a service. If a barrier affects your work, contact us and we will agree a practical way to provide the information or complete the task.
Report an accessibility barrier
Please email support@btadvisory.io with the page or workflow, the action you were trying to complete, the assistive technology or browser involved if relevant, and a description of what happened. Do not include passwords, authentication codes, or client evidence in the message.
We will acknowledge the report, ask only for the information needed to reproduce the issue, and provide an alternative route where the issue blocks access. Accessibility requests can also be sent to your Baseline Telemetry Advisory engagement contact.
Scope and review
This statement covers the Baseline Telemetry Advisory public website and the delivery workspace we provide to clients. It does not make accessibility claims about third-party platforms that a client may use for its own systems or about content supplied by clients. We review this statement as the service changes and after material accessibility improvements.
